Decision Pipeline
Purpose
The Decision Pipeline records material choices that are being explored but have not yet become
approved corporate decisions. It prevents recommendations, preferences, and early assumptions
from being mistaken for implemented facts. Once a decision-maker explicitly approves an item
(with any required legal, tax, or professional review complete), it moves from here into
governance/decision-log.md.
